How far in advance do I need to purchase tickets to tour Songbirds Guitar Museum?
You do not need to purchase tickets in advance to tour the main exhibits areas of the museum, however purchasing tickets in advance with the print at home option will allow you to bypass any ticketing lines and enter the exhibit area immediately upon your arrival. We encourage you to purchase tickets in advance for the guided All Access Tour of the Songbirds Guitar Museum Green Room and Vault. These tours are only available at specified times throughout the day. Space on these tours is limited and can fill quickly. Purchasing your tickets in advance will ensure your place on the All Access Tour.
I am planning on bringing my entire family to Songbirds Guitar Museum. Is there a cost for children?
At Songbirds Guitar Museum, it is one of our core goals to educate children about music and guitar history. For this reason, children 12 and under are free, always.
What are my delivery options for tickets I’ve purchased online?
Your tickets can be held for you at the Songbirds Guitar Museum Will Call window or you can choose the “Print At Home” option. When picking up your tickets at the front desk at Songbirds, please be certain to bring a photo ID and the credit card that was used to purchase the tickets.
When do the tickets I’ve purchased online expire?
Tickets are valid from the date of purchase through December 31 of the year purchased. They are valid beginning on the date that you selected when purchasing them. Tickets purchased for special events are only valid on the date of the event.

How much time should I plan to spend at Songbirds Guitar Museum?
The main exhibits are self-guided, so you may enjoy them at your own pace. Please allow additional time for your visit if you choose to participate in the All Access Tour.
Is alcohol served at Songbirds Guitar Museum during concerts and special events?
Yes, Songbirds Guitar Museum offers a variety of beers, wines, and liquors at all concerts and special events. Additionally, Songbirds offers full bar availability while you tour our space!
May I take pictures?
Photography is permitted inside Songbirds Guitar Museum unless otherwise noted. Flash photography, video, and professional photography are prohibited. If you are a member of the media and need images or video shot by your crew or supplied for a story you are working on, please contact our media relations department at media@songbirdsguitars.com.
Do you have a coat check or an area where I can store my luggage?
We do not offer coat or luggage check at this time.
If I lose an item at Songbirds Guitar Museum, who should I notify?
If you have lost an item, please notify guest services or contact us at 423.531.2473 (BIRD). Lost items are held for 30 days and can be claimed at the welcome desk. Items left over 30 days will be donated to charity
